Knitted Wire Mesh

Compressed mesh elements are a type of filter element that are designed to provide efficient filtration in compressed air and gas applications. They are made from knitted wire mesh that is compressed to form a dense and uniform structure, resulting in high filtration efficiency and low pressure drop.

The most common shape of compressed knitted wiremesh is in a ring, but gaskets and seals can also be manufactured in a rectangular or any other desired shapes.

streams ,absorbers of vibration energy, exhaust de-coupling rings, separation rings, spacer rings, seals and gasket, components for air bag system, as engine bearers in vehicles etc. . Shielding knitted wire mesh tapes are made by knitting a fine wire into a double thickness flat stocking and are available in a wide range of materials and widths. The knitted wire mesh tapes are highly flexible, lightweight, corrosion-resistant, and strong, and offer more resistance to abrasion and physical damage than other tape materials.

These tapes are primarily used for shielding in electrical and electronic cable assemblies for cable jointing, grounding, static discharge, and within connector assemblies. They can be produced with a crimp to give greater thickness than standard, and are available in widths from 25mm up to 150mm.
