Compressed mesh elements are a type of filter element that are designed to provide efficient filtration in compressed air and gas applications. They are made from knitted wire mesh that is compressed to form a dense and uniform structure, resulting in high filtration efficiency and low pressure drop.
Compressed mesh elements are available in a range of materials including stainless steel, copper, and other alloys, and can be customized to meet the specific requirements of different applications of our customers. The most common shape of compressed knitted wiremesh is in a ring, but gaskets and seals can also be manufactured in a rectangular or any other desired shapes.
They are commonly used in industries such as automotive, chemical processing, and food and beverage for the removal of solid and liquid contaminants from compressed air and gas
streams ,absorbers of vibration energy, exhaust de-coupling rings, separation rings, spacer rings, seals and gasket, components for air bag system, as engine bearers in vehicles etc. . Our compressed mesh element is easy to install and replace, and offers a long service life with minimal maintenance required.

Shielding knitted wire mesh tapes are made by knitting a fine wire into a double thickness flat stocking and are available in a wide range of materials and widths. The knitted wire mesh tapes are highly flexible, lightweight, corrosion-resistant, and strong, and offer more resistance to abrasion and physical damage than other tape materials.
These tapes are primarily used for shielding in electrical and electronic cable assemblies for cable jointing, grounding, static discharge, and within connector assemblies. They can be produced with a crimp to give greater thickness than standard, and are available in widths from 25mm up to 150mm.
Copper , Galvanized Iron and Stainless Steel Knitted Wiremesh give good shielding results.
The mesh is normally supplied to a cable with a 50% overlap to provide a larger shield, and is terminated at each end by means of clamping, soldering, or spot welding. Gemini’s Shielding knitted wire mesh tapes offer excellent electromagnetic shielding properties and are ideal for use in high-performance electronic and electrical systems.

Copper wire mesh, also known as copper gauze, is a type of knitted wire mesh made from copper wire. It is a highly durable and corrosion-resistant material that can withstand high temperatures and harsh environments.
Copper wire mesh can be supplied in a variety of mesh sizes, wire diameters, and roll widths to meet specific customer requirements. The mesh sizes typically range from 2 mesh to 200 mesh, with wire diameters ranging from 0.05mm to 1mm.
The copper gauze is commonly used for applications such as EMI/RFI shielding, insect and rodent screening, and decorative and architectural applications. It is also frequently used in the laboratory for filtration and sample preparation. At Gemini are customers also use it for cleaning production equipment(filtration and mechanical parts), plastic processing equipment moulds, pinches and dyes. It is considered ideal for tough cleaning jobs.
Copper wire mesh can be easily cut, formed, and welded to meet specific design needs, and its attractive appearance makes it a popular choice for decorative and architectural applications. Additionally, its thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity make it suitable for use in a variety of electrical and electronic applications.
